Caplinger Mills River Rat Day

 Where: Caplinger Mills, MO 65785

8 ½ Miles North of Stockton, MO 65785

Thank you for your interest in being involved as a vendor with our event. We plan on having a lot of fun and people at our event. Vendors will be including a Hog Roast, Buffalo Burgers, other food vendors, jumper for the kids and Arts & Crafts Booths. We will be having various FREE contests including a horseshoe pitching contest and Nickels In The Haystack, for the kids. We will be having live music throughout the event; ranging from Gospel, Bluegrass, Country, Red Dirt Country & Rock and Roll. We plan on attracting age groups of infants to ?. Activities for the little ones are planned, they need some fun to.

The event will be held at Caplinger Mills River Front Resort, 14630 E. 676 Rd., Stockton MO 65785, by the Historic Caplinger Mills Bridge & Dam, CaplingerMills.Net. The charge for booth space(12 x 12) is Thirty-Five Dollars ($35) with electricity or Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) without electricity. Bring your own tent(s) and lighting with extension cords. If you know of other vendors or organizations that are interested in partaking in the event, call me with their information or put info on back of form below. I’ll be happy to contact them and tell them more about the event.

To make this event even more successful, all vendors are being asked to help cross market the event, put the event on your website, if you have one, facebook, Youtube, E-Mail list, etc.. Your help in cross marketing the event is very much appreciated. Flyers and posters are in the process of being designed and will be printed soon. We will get some to you as soon as they are ready. We have some sponsorship already, but if you have contacts with any companies/organizations that want to help sponsor the event or donate prizes for the different kids activities that would be great also. We have different levels of sponsorships available.
