The Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce invites you and your children to celebrate Halloween in a safe environment by coming to the Stockton Park where many of our members have a Halloween display and a trunk full of candy for the kids.  There will be a Costume Contest for children 0-4, 5-12 and family groups.  Judging is at 6:30 pm.  Bring your kids, your neighbor's kids and the whole family to celebrate Halloween at the Park.
